Oral presentations are generally scheduled to be 20 minutes in duration, including time for questions. Every location for oral presentations is an electronic classroom with a PC and projector system. It is important to adhere to the schedule so that people can move between sessions when necessary. Any major changes to the printed schedule should be reflected in the searchable online schedule and also in the printed addendum that will be supplied on the day of the symposium. The times for each presentation are noted in the program and in the online searchable schedule. Student presenters have been instructed to stay in their sessions for the entire block of presentations.
At the poster sessions, the poster boards, easels, and push pins will be available in each location.
