In Fiji, I did the Shark and Mangrove Tree Conservation project offered by ProjectsAbroad. During this project, I learned how to scuba dive, surveyed shark and endangered fish species, restored mangrove forests, and learned the Fijian language. I saw and experienced the life of a villager in Fiji and how they solely rely on nature and their community to fully live their life. I documented my time in Fiji through a series of vlogs, videos, and photos, which I will use to immerse the audience in the experience with me.
