The precise definition of the projective plane is said to be the set of all pairs {x, -x} of antipodal points on the sphere. This research covers an introduction to projective geometry and two of the most famous statements and proofs in projective geometry: Desargues’ Theorem and Pappus’ Theorem. We will then look into how art has changed over time due to the influence of projective geometry on perspective drawing.
