Analyzing the 𝜋+𝜋-𝜋°𝜋°p Final State at GlueX

This research project will analyze data from the GlueX experiment from Jefferson Lab. GlueX is focused on searching for and studying the spectrum hybrid mesons. This project in particular will be focused on the reaction of Ɣp→𝜋⁺𝜋^-𝜋°𝜋°p, analyzing the final state of the five products, 𝜋⁺, 𝜋^-, 𝜋°, 𝜋°, p and what they may have decayed from. In particular, we will be focusing on the decay of three potential final states, ρ^- 𝜋°Δ⁺⁺, φ𝜋°p and ρ⁺ρ^- p.
