Klemm Fellowship: Wildlife Conservation in Patagonia, Argentina

Living on a remote wildlife reserve in the Chubut Province of Patagonia, Argentina, I learned not only about my natural surroundings but also about indigenous history. I helped local park rangers out with daily and immersive tasks ranging from gardening to observing sea lion populations. These experiences, while challenging at first, helped me realize and learn that there is beauty in isolation.
